We were staying in Hue during Tet holiday season. After sending a message via facebook, we were informed that it was not possible to book a guided cycling trip. However we could still rent 2 bicycles for a day. We rented 2 mountainbikes, of high quality for 20 usd. We cycled about 50km and we did not experience any problems with the bikes.
We rented 2 bicycles from Hue Smile in order to explore more of the city. The price for both of them for the day was US$6, which seemed reasonable and it also included a free bottle of water, helmets, a bike lock and a map showing where all of the Temples and Pagodas on the outskirts of Hue are. The bicycles also had baskets on the front, meaning we didn’t have to carry our bags around with us! Very good service, friendly and helpful staff.
We hired mountain bikes from Smile based on reviews on TA - and were very happy with the condition of the bikes and helpful staff at their office. We dropped by the office the day before to choose the bikes, and in the morning they were ready for us - complete with helmets, repair kit and locks. Glad to say we didn't need to use the repair kit
We rented bicycles for a day and were very happy with the fantastic service that Hue Smile Travel offered. All the staff was extremely friendly and caring. A child seat was installed without a fee.
We had a great time riding their bike, great quality, fantastic and timely service. Communication was easy, highly recommend to use Smile for your bike trips and rentals, you won’t regret it.
We will certainly come back just to do a bike trip with them!
